Shipping policy

• Currently shipping is only available within Canada
• Free order pickup is available. We offer 3 pickup locations:

1. GTA North: 55 Crimson Forest Dr., Vaughan, ON  L6A4C2  [9a.m.- 8p.m. EST, 7 days a week]
2. Toronto Downtown: New Element Training, 439 University Ave., Suite 105, Toronto Ontario M5G 1Y8  [By appointment]
3. Toronto West End: New Element Training, Bloor West Village, 2373 Bloor St. West, Unit C, Toronto Ontario M6S 1P6  [By appointment]

• Please call ahead to arrange pickup. Please bring your order number and a valid government-issued photo ID when picking up your order. You may designate someone else to pick up your order. Please include the designated person’s name in the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” section at checkout. The designated person will be asked for government-issued ID upon pick up.
• Orders are shipped via UPS, Canada Post, and 3rd party shippers. Standard shipping orders are delivered within 2-7 business days 
• We offer free standard shipping on orders $79 and up
• Orders of less than $79 are charged a standard flat shipping rate of $12
• For EXPRESS shipping please contact us for options and pricing prior to ordering
• Orders generally ship out within 1-2 business days after ordering
• Processing occurs during regular business hours Monday through Friday 9a.m.- 5p.m. EST
• Should any delay occur with the processing or shipping of your order, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provided at checkout
• Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail to notify you along with your order tracking information
• Orders purchased through PayPal are shipped by default to the address associated with the payor's PayPal account. Please contact us to provide an alternate address or modify the address on your PayPal account. 
• Please remember that we cannot control any delays that might affect a timely delivery such as inclement weather, COVID-19 related delays, shipping during a holiday season.
