Your full satisfaction is important to us. If you find that you need to return a product, please contact us at heal@shirleyshope.com. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and resolve it to your complete satisfaction.
Remember to properly measure for correct sizing and consult the sizing charts provided. When in doubt please contact us for assistance prior to ordering.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. You will be offered the option of a refund or an exchange and all shipping/return costs covered.
For all other returns:
- Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Return shipping costs are not covered and order shipping charges are non-refundable
- For exchanges, the original order will be refunded - minus shipping costs, and a new order will be placed
